NGO Programmes:
1.CETC-PACT Project (Continuing Education and Training Centre – Promoting Access to Care and Treatment):
Goal: To strengthen the capacity of NGO sector providers to ensure increased access to quality care and support services to people living with HIV in project areas
Objective: Continue to build the capacity of NGO sector providers capable of delivering high quality care and support services in accordance with the national guidelines.
Supported by Enable Health Society (EHS)
Target Group: People Living with HIV from State of Karnataka
2. Life Skills training programme for Informal Waste pickers:
Objectives: To motivate informal waste recyclers to expand the scope of their work through efficient waste management techniques to improve their income and to promote all-round development.
Target Group: Informal Waste pickers
During the program emphasis is given in the areas of developing Work culture and Attitude, maintenance of Health and Occupational Hygiene, developing Social and Employability skills, strengthening Interpersonal relationship, Problem Solving Mechanisms, Team Building, Communication Skills, Handling Money, Harmful effects of Addiction (Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco) and First Aid, developing local network and Resource Sharing
3. Behaviour Management at Workplace:
Objectives:
- To familiarize the participants with workplace behaviour and increase their empathetic response towards the beneficiaries / community.
- Enhance communication and leadership skills of the participants.
- Enrich the participants with skills of 3C's.
- Enhance the skills to work with team, negotiations and other soft skills of the participants
- Equip the participants to develop and implement an action plan for the effective service delivery.
Target Group: Staffs of all cadres.

2.Orientation training on HIV & AIDS for Mysore district Govt. Healthcare providers:
Objectives:
• Improve performances of Healthcare providers in HIV related services.
• Understand operational barriers and develop field strategies to improve referrals and testing.
• Enable participants to have hands-on training on the functioning of Services at Districts.
Target Group: Medical Officers, Health Supervisors, Staff Nurses & ANMs and ICTC team.
Corporate Programmes:
1.Enlightened Leadership:
The Enlightened Leadership workshop has been conceived with an understanding of the attitudes and skills critical for a leader to imbibe. The workshop has been designed with the concept of introspective learning for the improvement of self, team and the organization.
Target Group: Executive staff of Corporate
2. Stress Management Workshop:
Stress Management involves controlling and reducing tension that occurs in stressful situations by making emotional and physical changes. The degree of stress and the desire to effect these changes will determine the extent to which changes take place.
Target Group: Software companies, Private institutions, Government, Non-Government organization.
3. Workplace Behaviour Management:
Objectives:
Familiarize the participants with workplace behaviour and increase their empathetic response towards the beneficiaries / community with an interest of enhancing communication and leadership skills.

Youth Programmes:
1.Youth for Development:
Goal: "Creating Transformation Agents to Lead Development at the Grass roots in India"
Objectives
- Provide skills on adaptive leadership amongst youth
- Provide knowledge about development sector.
- Develop skills of the youth for management of an NGO.
- Engage the youth in Nation building activities
- Provide vocational skills oriented training to the youth
- Create Social Entrepreneurs at the village level.
Target Group: The participating trainees would be the youth from different villages of the state of Karnataka. 40 participants will be trained in each batch from amongst the boys and girls between the age group 20 to 30 years. On an average 4 / 5 youth from each village will be identified based on the performance in the aptitude/attitude test and personal interview.
2. PROBASE (Professionally Organized Block Placement Activities for Social Entrepreneurs): This is an innovative program which is first of its kind. It is an organized block placement program for fourth semester MSW students for a period of one month.
Objective of the programme is to provide an exposure of different developmental issues to the budding social workers coming from different universities of Karnataka. During the course of one month participants shall be associated with one developmental project of the organization of their choice. They would also go through programs which will help to build their personality and preparing themselves for the career life.
3.Youth and Leadership Program:
Objectives:
- Enhance leadership qualities among youths for effective leadership.
- Boost communication skills among the youths of present generation.
- Enable the participants to develop manage their time properly.
Target Group: colleges students from any UG and PG
4. GRADE (Grooming Activities for Development Entrepreneurs): This is an innovative program which is first of its kind. It is an organized block placement program for BSW students for a period of 28 days.
Objective of the programme is to provide an exposure of different developmental issues to the budding social workers coming from different universities of Karnataka. During the course of 28 days the participants shall be associated with one developmental project of the organization of their choice. They would also go through programs which will help to build their personality and preparing themselves for the career in life.
